Arrival Instructions

Accessing the space

  • The main entrance to Industry House is located at the rear of the building through the alley.
  • A unique PIN code will be provided prior to your booking and active only during your rental period.
  • Use the provided PIN code on the keypad to unlock the door and enter the space.
  • Please make sure the door closes securely behind you after entry.
  • If you have any issues accessing the space, contact the host using the information provided with your booking.
Production Load-In

Equipment access

  • Photography, film, and production crews should use the rear entrance for equipment load-in.
  • Production equipment must enter through the designated door space unless otherwise approved.
  • Access to lighting, backdrops, and camera accessory equipment is included free of charge for approved bookings.
  • If you are bringing oversized props, large set pieces, or bulky production equipment, sliding door access may be available.
  • Please request sliding door access during booking so arrangements can be made in advance.
  • Your rental time includes setup and breakdown, so plan your arrival accordingly.
House Rules

Respect the space and the experience.

These rules help protect the venue while keeping Industry House welcoming for creators, guests, and community.

No smoking or vaping inside the building.
Outside catering and food are welcome.
Alcohol is permitted only with prior approval and must be consumed responsibly.
No illegal drugs or unlawful activity on the premises.
No glitter, confetti, smoke bombs, open flames, or pyrotechnics without prior approval.
Light haze, fog machines, and specialty production effects require prior approval.
Furniture and décor may be moved but must be returned to their original location before departure.
Music is welcome, but please be respectful of neighboring businesses.
All guests must remain within the areas included in the booking unless otherwise authorized.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Pets are only permitted with prior approval.
Please leave the space in the same general condition in which it was found.
